- Rental / mortgage assistance
- Utility assistance (electricity, gas, water)
- Emergency food & paper products
- Prescriptions
- Indigent funeral services
- Furniture bank referrals
- Representative Payee Services (for those unable to manage their Social Security income)
BASIC ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must live in Adams Township
- Must have a valid government issued photo ID for every adult in the household
- Must apply in person

Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Closed on Friday.
Appointments are available under certain circumstances for those who cannot come in during the walk-in hours (due to work or qualified medical conditions). Funeral requests are by appointment only.

You may be required to do the following before assistance, or continued assistance, will be granted:

- Apply for other governmental assistance and programs, such as SNAPS, TANF, Medicaid, HUD housing, etc.
- Sign a reimbursement form if you are pending SSI
- Actively seek employment and register with WorkOne
- Attend training programs or workshops
- Attend work experience programs, such as community service
- Place a lien against your home for mortgage assistance
